Budget soup instructions
- Chop the onions and carrots into small pieces and cook in a bit of oil in a pot..
- Fry the beefmince and add it to the pot with the rest of the ingredients (except for the pasta). Let simmer with a lid on for at least 10 minutes..
- Add the pasta and keep simmering until the pasta is done, about 15 minutes..
- Tip! Just add more water if you want more liquid in the soup..
- Serve with a bit of creme fraiche and cheese sandwiches! Enjoy!.
