- Mix Paneer with corn flour shallow fry it in a kadai (Pot) till it become brown..
- In a separate pan, heat up 2 tbsp of oil and sautΓ© the onions till brown. Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion then put small pieces of capsicum and fry it for sometime..
- Add shallow fried paneer to it and put tomato, chill,soy sauce and salt into pan. Mix it really well until the paneer coated evenly to the sauces..
- Serve it into the dish and garnish with fresh coriander..
