- Remove the brown skin of jackfruit seeds & chop in medium size pieces..

- Open the cover & add 1 tsp sugar, salt as per taste, 1 small kokum, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp freshly grated coconut, 1 tsp red chilli powder and saute well. Remove from flame & serve hot with roti/chapati..
But in my world, stir fries should be fast and easy to make. So I made this Chinese Satay Chicken Stir Fry straight forward. And if I do say so myself. Add celery and stir-fry until it turns slightly dark green. Feel free to choose any of those ingredients to stir-fry with Chinese celery.
